The views over the garden and pool were magnificent, the double room was brand-new and modern, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar with its good drinks.

Everything there was very good and the staff were very amiable and especially helpful. The double room had basic facilities you need, a lovely, small balcony and coffee. Its bed was comfy and the bathroom - big size...

All in all, it was excellent place for travelling to Tulum. The best thing was well-trained and top-class staff, they helped with taxi.

I booked a room with amazing views overlooking the area, and it had all the amenities I required like central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The rooms were perfectly clean and brand-new with balcony. This accommodation had a central setting to the main restaurant strip.

the hotel was located near to great food places, centro, and all the restaurants. i was offered a room with magnificent views over the garden and pool. the staff was genuinely helpful & top-class, and helped with cab. the free parking was nearby, excellant service.

The rooms with the floating bed and the showers were great, plus they offer drinks; the location is wonderful, in a very relaxed area close to popular clubs, well-known bars, and restaurants.

The food was fantastic with a good choice of options. the location was marvelous and amazing, an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great place to stay! I seriously can't praise it enough and for sure, I’d love to come back to this area. the staff here are on point, always getting things done and super helpful. Plus, the bus stop is just a quick 5-minute stroll away! 🚌

Convenient location within walking distance of Terreno Expoferia. the room we stayed in had a nice little balcony and even came with complimentary coffee. the staff here were all fantastic and really on top of things! 🌟

The entire stay at Layla Tulum was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, especially Luis and Delari who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a great location near fantastic restaurants and happening events. The food at the rooftop bar was delicious, especially the burgers. The room was clean and had reliable Wi-Fi, AC, and a great shower. Despite a few minor issues with the shower knobs, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I had a wonderful stay at Layla Tulum and would definitely come back again.

the staff was really helpful - they made our stay a nice experience. the service was excellent, that made the hotel simply stunning and a gorgeous place. 3. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. 4. the location was lovely and incredible and we could use free parking nearby.

Great location, just a short 4-6 minute walk to Dos Aguas Park 🌿. the staff here is amazing, always providing top-notch service. We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was lovely.
